Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that shipping does not occur on weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Tracking

Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer make changes. In this case, you will need to follow our return procedure after receiving the package.
Lost or Missing Packages
