Returns & Exchanges
At CARENA FASHION, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they are in new condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Return Process

Return Shipping Costs
We will email you a prepaid return label once your return request has been approved.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The credit will be issued automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase.
