Delivery time: Delivery occurs within 5–7 business days, Monday to Friday.

Weekend orders: Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, and still have the original tag attached. All details can be found on our Return & Refund Policy page.

How can I return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?

According to our Return and Refund Policy, we offer free returns. You will receive a prepaid return label via email – regardless of whether you want to exchange the item or if it is a defective item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return package, it will be inspected by us. You will be notified via email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

Yes, all our products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, you have 30 days from receipt to decide whether to keep the item or not. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service at contact@carenafashion.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
